About Rocky Mountain Cleaning Services

Rocky Mountain Cleaning Services is a small floor care crew working across Ada and Canyon counties. We clean carpet, strip and wax commercial floors, run machine scrubs, seal concrete, and install epoxy coatings. We offer our services for offices, warehouses, retail spaces, and homes throughout the Treasure Valley.

How we got here

Nick Navarro started in this trade in 2016, cleaning floors overnight as a full-time janitor. During the day he worked construction as a foreman, running crews and job sites. Six years of doing both taught him the two halves of this work: how a floor actually gets clean, and how a job gets finished on schedule without anyone having to chase you.

He filed Rocky Mountain Cleaning Services in July 2022 and has run it as his full-time job since.

The crew

Nick works alongside his team, including Tyler and Seth. On site together, doing the work themselves. When you hire us, you are not getting a dispatcher and a subcontractor you have never met. You are getting the same crew every time, and the owner is one of them.

Nick Navarro

Nick started this business for two reasons: to get out from under someone else's schedule, and to build something that creates work for other people.

The Team

Nick isn't a dispatcher. He's on site with Tyler and Seth, running machines alongside them. If something's wrong with the work, you're talking to the person who did it.

Our own equipment

We own everything we run: a truck-mounted carpet extraction system, portable carpet machines, auto scrubbers, propane and electric buffers, water extractors, and floor scrubbers, hauled to every job on our own trailer.

That matters more than it sounds. Nothing gets scheduled around a rental counter's hours, nothing gets delayed because a machine was not available, and nobody learns your floor on unfamiliar equipment.

What sets us apart

We work when you don't

You can't strip and wax a retail floor at two in the afternoon. Most commercial work is scheduled evenings and weekends, finished before your doors open. Available daily, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Same crew, every visit

You get the same team that did the last job. Nobody has to relearn your building, where the outlets are, or which areas can't be closed during business hours.

Recurring schedules cost less

A floor maintained four times a year costs less per visit than the same floor cleaned once after it's gone bad. Ask us to price both. The math usually favors the schedule.

Availability

Serving Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell, Eagle, Kuna, Star, Garden City, Middleton, and the rest of Ada and Canyon counties.

Most commercial floor work happens after your doors close. Stripping and waxing a retail floor at two in the afternoon does not work for anyone, so we typically schedule evenings and weekends and finish before you open.

We are available daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
