Carpet Cleaning in Boise & the Treasure Valley

Hot water extraction with a truck-mounted system, for homes and commercial carpet alike. Hotter water, stronger vacuum, and the dirty water leaves in the truck instead of going back down.

Why hot water extraction

Carpet holds soil the way a filter does. Vacuuming takes the loose grit off the top, which matters, but the oily film that makes a traffic lane look dark is bonded to the fibre and will not lift dry.

Extraction works by flushing. Hot solution goes into the pile under pressure, breaks that bond, and a vacuum pulls it straight back out along with everything it released. The difference between a good result and a mediocre one is almost entirely how much water comes back up, which is why the machine lives on the truck. A portable unit is limited by what its little motor can pull; a truck mount is not.

It also means the carpet dries in hours rather than days. Carpet left damp is how you trade a dirt problem for a smell problem.

What we handle

  • Homes, from a single room to the whole house.
  • Offices and clinics where the traffic lanes have gone dark and the rest still looks fine.
  • Rentals between tenants, where the carpet decides whether it gets replaced.
  • Pet stains and the odour underneath them, which is usually in the pad rather than the fibre.
  • Stairs and edges, done by hand because a wand does not fit.

What we will and will not promise

Most stains come out. Some do not, and we would rather say so on the phone than discover it together in your living room. Bleach, dye transfer from a rug backing, and anything that has already damaged the fibre are permanent: the colour is gone, and cleaning cannot put colour back.

Pet odour is usually recoverable, but it depends how far it went. Urine that reached the pad or the subfloor needs treating there, not on the surface, and a light surface clean on a heavily soiled pad will smell fine for a week and then come back.
